Hello world!

Greetings in the Name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

My name is Kevin Coleman, and I am the Pastor of

Elyria Community United Methodist Church.

It would be our pleasure if you would join us on Sunday mornings

at 10:45am. We are located at 680 N. Abbe Road in Elyria, Ohio.

Although the pandemic has taken its toll on our nation and our

ability to do some things, I am happy to say we do have in-person

worship each Sunday as well as live streaming. Of course we are

following the CDC guidelines for safe worship.

Our original plan was to add an earlier worship service by May 3rd to

attract those persons who would like a more contemporary experience

as well as being able to get home earlier to spend more time together

with their family. Due to the pandemic and the mandates established

by our Church Conference, we had to put the service on hold for now.

It is our hope that we will be able to re-establish our youth fellowship,

VBS, and our Sunday School classes.

Our doors are open to anyone, who would like to give praise and

adoration to our GOD.

We are a loving, Bible-based congregation with the desire to serve.

Our Food Pantry which is open on the second and third Friday of each month, is temporarily suspended. Our Hot Meals program started serving again on Friday, March 12 and is a curbside operation. We serve every second, third & fourth Friday at 4:30 pm. Line up in the back parking lot, drive up the ramp to the side door, with trunk open.  Number of meals given will equal the number of people inside the car.

Come and join us for fellowship and exciting worship!
